When you create a TeachDock account, we collect your name, email address, and studio information. When you add students, we collect student names, contact information, lesson details, and parent contact information that you provide.
We use your data solely to provide the TeachDock service: scheduling lessons, processing payments via Stripe, generating AI-powered lesson summaries, and sending email notifications. We do not sell your data to third parties.
AI features use OpenAI or compatible API services. Per OpenAI's data usage policy, API calls are not used to train models. Your lesson notes and student information are sent to the AI provider solely for the purpose of generating summaries and lesson plans.
All payments are processed through Stripe. TeachDock does not store credit card information. Stripe's privacy policy governs the handling of payment data.
Your data is stored on secure servers with encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information.
If you are in the European Economic Area, you have the right to access, rectify, or delete your personal data. You can delete your account and all associated data from the Settings page at any time.
TeachDock is a tool for teachers to manage their studios. Teachers are responsible for obtaining appropriate parental consent before entering student information. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.
