TeachDock provides studio management tools for independent tutors, including scheduling, billing, student management, and AI-powered features.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to use the service in compliance with all applicable laws.

4. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually. Payments are processed through Stripe. You may cancel at any time.

5. Limitation of Liability

TeachDock is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
